Whitney Carlsen, PT
Whitney earned her Physical Therapy degree at Stockton State College in 1993. She joined our team in February of 2017. She has experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient Orthopedics, home health care, acute care and skilled nursing care. She has a special interest in osteoporosis management and treatment and postural awareness. Whitney utilizes a variety of techniques to address soft tissue restrictions as well as joint restrictions to optimize her client’s function.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and hiking.

Mike Wells, DPT
Managing Partner, Doctor of Physical Therapy, VEDA Certified Vestibular Disorder Specialist
Mike received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Maryland in 2005 following completion of his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Maryland College Park in 2001. His clinical skills emphasize functional training and education to promote habitual changes. He focuses on body awareness and improving biomechanics to facilitate movement patterns and decrease pain. Mike utilizes soft tissue and joint mobilizations to optimize movement efficiency. His clinical interests include working with athletes and patients with orthopedic and balance dysfunction.r paragraph here.
Lauren Shoul, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from Anne Arundel Community College's CACHE PTA program in May, 2014. As part of her curriculum, she completed a full time rotation in outpatient orthopedics and was a PT Tech at AFPT prior to graduating from the CACHE program. Lauren has experience in both land and aquatic rehabilitation.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys the outdoors, cheering for the Ravens, going to concerts, and spending time with her family and six cats. She is currently training for competitive women's powerlifting.
