Our Therapists

Douglass Wallop, PT           

Doug is a native of Annapolis and a graduate of St. Mary's High School. He earned his B.A. from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, and received his physical therapy degree in 1989 at Thomas Jefferson College of Allied Health Sciences in Pennsylvania. Doug has been in orthopedic physical therapy practice since his graduation. He was the physical therapist for team Chessie in the 1997–98 Whitbread Round the World Race. His areas of special interest include rehabilitation of the shoulder, spine, and lower extremities.

Ann Wallop, PT                    

Ann attended Denison University and received her degree in physical therapy from Thomas Jefferson College of Allied Health Sciences. Before her move to Annapolis, she served as chief aquatic and pediatric therapist at Moss Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia. Ann also has extensive experience in orthopedic physical therapy.

Phyllis Hayden, PT               

Phyllis graduated from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, in 1985. She became interested in lower extremity function and since her graduation has worked extensively on treating lower extremity pathomechanics. She has been utilizing corrective foot devices for the past ten years. Phyllis also has extensive training in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Anne Harmon, PT                  

Anne gravitated towards physical therapy after an experience with rehabilitating her own injury, while dancing professionally with a ballet company. She has been a physical therapist for 15 years. She specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine. She has provided on-site physical therapy services to the Joffrey Ballet and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. She was the physical therapist to the Kirov Academy (a professional ballet school in Washington, D.C.) from 1991–1995. She has lectured at the International Association of Dance Medicine’s annual meeting and for the Biodex Corporation.

Michael Wells, DPT                

Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Maryland in 2001 with a degree in Kinesiology. Mike then went on to earn his Physical Therapy degree at University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2005. Mike specializes in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.

Katrina Bisson-Redd, DPT     

Katrina received a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She received her Dotorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2006. Katrina has been working in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, and has specialized in aquatic therapy since graduation. Katrina is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Christine Jones-Sheehy, PTA    

Chris obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Towson State University. She then went on to study Physical Therapy and earned her PTA degree from Anne Arundel Community College in 2001. She has been with Annapolis Family Physical Therapy since 2001.

Lynn Sullivan, PT           

Lynn graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry.  She then received a Master of Science degree in Community Health and Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. She is a board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.  Lynn has also served as a clinical instructor for the Medical College of Virginia, Shenandoah University, and Old Dominion University and, as a guest lecturer at the Medical College of Virginia School of Physical Therapy.  Lynn lived and worked in Richmond, Va area until returning to Maryland in the Spring of 2001.  She is an active member of the Ameraican Physical Therapy Association and served as Conference Chair for the Virginia Chapter from 1994-2006.  She currently sees patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries, and treats women's health issues.
