Our Riva Road location is the flagship of Annapolis Family Physical Therapy, built in 2020 to provide a fully integrated care experience. As our largest facility, it offers physical therapy, personal training, nutrition services, massage therapy, and high-intensity laser therapy all under one roof.
Designed to support both recovery and long-term wellness, our team works collaboratively to help you move better, feel better, and stay active whether you’re in physical therapy or continuing your wellness journey.

JD Wallop, DPT
JD was born and raised in Annapolis and continues 4 generations of Physical Therapy. JD received his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from St Augustine University. He enjoys working with a variety of patients and has special interest in working with post operative clients, athletes and patients with balance dysfunction. JD works primarily at our Riva Road location in Annapolis.

Mike Wells, DPT
Mike Wells earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2005 and brings over 20 years of clinical experience to his practice. He specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, post-surgical care, and balance and vestibular therapy, and is a VEDA-certified vestibular disorder specialist.
As Partner and Managing Director of the Severna Park clinic, Mike is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
His approach focuses on actively engaging patients in their recovery through education and evidence-based treatment, while equipping them with the tools to support long-term health and prevent future injury.
Mike is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA).
Outside the clinic, he enjoys coaching youth sports, exercising, volunteering at church events, and staying busy with his kids’ activities.

Angela Perkins, DPT
Physical Therapist Angela Perkins is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned her degree from the University of St. Augustine and has been practicing since 2020. She is dedicated to helping patients recover, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Angela has a strong interest in working with lower body post-operative patients and athletes. She is also a custom foot orthotics specialist, allowing her to further support alignment, mobility, and overall function.
Her approach focuses on individualized, goal-oriented care to promote effective recovery and long-term results.
Physical Therapist Kevin O’Donnoghue, DPT
Kevin O’Donnoghue is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned his degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2021. He has been practicing since graduation and enjoys working with a wide range of patients across all stages of recovery.
Kevin has a special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and post-surgical care. He is committed to providing personalized care to help patients restore function and achieve their individual goals.
His approach focuses on individualized, goal-oriented treatment to support both recovery and long-term function.
Outside of the clinic, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking and camping, traveling, and exploring unique places with great food and drinks.

Allison Rosati, PTA, RDN
Allison Rosati is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Registered Dietitian who brings an integrated approach to patient care.
She earned her PTA degree through the Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education (CACHE), her Bachelor’s from Frostburg State University, and her Master’s from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With five years of experience as a PTA, Allison enjoys working with patients coming for orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric care, and post-surgical recovery. As a Registered Dietitian, she incorporates evidence-based nutrition strategies to support healing and long-term health.
Her approach is rooted in a holistic, multidisciplinary model, focusing on realistic, sustainable habits that support recovery and overall wellness.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys walking her dog, Pilates and weight lifting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Dylan Austin, PTA
Dylan Austin is a Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to helping patients improve function, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy. He earned his PTA degree through the Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education (CACHE) and completed his undergraduate studies at Montclair State University.
With one year of clinical experience, Dylan has a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, pediatrics, geriatric care, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
His approach focuses on building strength, restoring movement, and supporting patients through each phase of recovery with practical, goal-oriented care. Dylan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys resistance training, running, and staying active through sports.

Kelley Brown is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over 11 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Towson University in 2007 and her Associate of Science from South University in 2015.
Kelley has practiced in a variety of settings across the country, including Hohenfels Army Health Clinic in Germany, Tennova Healthcare in Tennessee, and Piedmont Hospital in Georgia. She has a special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric care, and post-surgical recovery.
Her treatment philosophy centers on providing patient-centered care to reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Kelley enjoys weight lifting, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Her professional strengths include patient care, problem-solving, and clear communication. Elizabeth is also able to assist Spanish-speaking patients, helping create a more inclusive and accessible environment.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, walking, cooking, baking sourdough, and has a strong background in equestrian activities.
