You’ll receive a personalized program designed by your trainer, and during your scheduled appointment time, you’ll have full access to the gym to complete your workout independently. This service is perfect for those who prefer a self-guided experience while still benefiting from a structured, goal-focused plan.

Our group fitness classes offer a fun, supportive environment designed to help you move, feel, and perform your best—no matter your fitness level. Gentle Stretch is a calming, mobility-focused class that helps release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance through slow, mindful movement. TRX Fusion blends strength, stability, and functional training using suspension straps and dynamic bodyweight exercises, giving you a full-body workout that builds power and control. Each class is coached with clear guidance and plenty of encouragement, making it easy to challenge yourself while staying safe and supported.
