1. Clinical Assessment (95 minutes)

Movement screen, strength baseline, health history review, integrated nutrition assessment, and personalized goal mapping with your wellness team.

2. Personalized Plan (Within 48 Hours)

A customized training and/or nutrition plan built specifically for your body, goals, and starting point.

3. Your Guided Program Begins

1–3 sessions per week with expert supervision, progression tracking, and adjustments as you improve.

4. Optional Fit Call (If You Prefer to Talk First)

A short conversation to answer questions and determine if the program is right for you.
